If you have used Facebook or Instagram to connect with CLIO and wish to request the deletion of your data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of any personal data that CLIO has received from Meta (Facebook or Instagram), please contact us at:

Subject: Meta Data Deletion Request

Please include the following:

• Your full name

• The Meta platform used (Facebook or Instagram)

• The email or ID associated with your Meta account

On receiving your request, we will:

1. Identify any data associated with your Meta user ID

2. Delete all stored data from our systems

3. Send confirmation once deletion is complete

Automatic Deletion

If you remove the CLIO app from your Facebook or Instagram account settings, Meta will stop sending us your data.

Account Termination

When terminating your CLIO account via the platform in Settings > Accounts, your user data will be deleted after 30 days.
